Is there a way to see player's profiles - what they've written about themselves, a larger picture?

How do i get a equaliser ranking?

equaliser ranking starts at level 3 just play games against anybody, i think you get more points by players with higher level points, check out the rules link for all the formats at the Rules & FAQ link at top of the page
