My opponents are unable see my Camera nor can they hear any sounds. I on other hand, can see the motions as well as hear them.

My webcam is Logitech C910.

I have run the webcam test and everything seems to be working.

I am using a HP laptop Chrome as the browser.

I have granted permission in the Google settings.

I have turned off the laptop's camera, speakers

I have already spent over 30 hrs trying to figure out why is this not working. Please help

have you used your google + account to log into webcam darts website as cam software works off google hangouts
