i got this webcam (https://www.ebay.de/itm/1280x720-USB-720P-HD-Webcam-Web-Cam-Kamera-fur-Computer-PC-Laptop-Desktop-Neu/373012861068?hash=item56d94c908c:g:jFEAAOSwIh1eit1W) and i cant find a sotware that works with this side? Can anyone help me and link a general sotware to zoom in my camera??

I'd suggest that digital zooming isn't a good idea. If you can't get the camera closer to the board, and really need to zoom in, then maybe something like a mobile phone telephoto clip on to place over the lens?
