Each time i log on and get set up i run a cam test as i use a C920 logitech. 

It all loads fine and the camera test and logicapture software all show my board with sound perfectly fine but when i try to play against someone my board just goes black.

i yesterday changed internet provider and they said something about not having a public IP address, could this be the cause?

I am not tech savvy at all so any and all help will be greatly appreciated
