how do i get a profile picture uploaded

Same question is for me.. I want to change my Avatar. How am I supposed to do that? I see no possible options.

go to explor log in profil upload pic

you need to allow flash in your Chrome browser settings, then you will get the upload button.. 

 I enabled flash but when i try and upload it says either invalid file size or invalid type.   I tried a few different images.  Im using chrome.
