is it possible to use a mobile phone ( with a good cam ) as well?  becouse i dont have a working laptop wich i could plugin easy..

I would like to participate in tourneys.  I've already asked 2 people with pink lettering to validate cam and they said it was good.  I'm just trying to get that yellow star next to my name.  Please help.
